Lucky Dog Insurance LLC operates an SMS text-messaging program to communicate with current and prospective clients.

  • Policy servicing messages (renewals, endorsements, certificate-of-insurance requests, document requests)

We do not send marketing or promotional text blasts through this program.

You opt in to receive text messages from Lucky Dog Insurance by providing verbal consent during a telephone call with one of our representatives. At the time of opt-in, we will confirm the mobile number to be enrolled and the types of messages you can expect to receive.

5.3 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your relationship with us and the status of your account, quote, claim, or appointment.

5.4 Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Lucky Dog Insurance does not charge for the messages we send, but your mobile carrier’s standard rates may apply.

5.6 How to Opt Out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. After you opt out, we will send a single confirmation message and will not send you further text messages unless you opt back in. You may also opt out by contacting us at info@luckydogins.com.

5.7 Mobile Information Sharing — Required Disclosure

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors that support our text-messaging program (such as our communications platform vendor) is permitted only to the extent necessary to deliver the messages you have opted in to receive. All other categories of information sharing described in Section 4 of this Privacy Policy continue to apply.

5.8 Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As a licensed insurance producer, we are also subject to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and applicable state insurance privacy laws governing the protection of nonpublic personal financial information.

7. How Long We Keep Your Information
